The leather and sheepskin upper combine to provide you with protection while the genuine sheepskin and eVent lining inside give you comfort and warmth. Full-grain leather upper features a waterproof and windproof eVent membrane that vents moisture from inside the shoe for a durably waterproof boot. Genuine sheepskin lining above the ankle and around the shaft provide cozy comfort and warmth. eVent fabric lining below the ankle and around the foot portion offers waterproof benefits to keep your feet dry. eVent Fabric: Through Direct Venting proprietary and patented technology, millions of tiny pores are able to breathe at their full potential, allowing sweat to vent directly to the outside of the fabric in one easy step. Cushioned insole can be removed and washed to extend the life and freshness of the footbed. Exclusive Vibram outsole designed specifically for UGG Australia utilizing the TCI wet/snow compound. Outsole is seam sealed to keep moisture out. Please note: Slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during first few wears. great boots
I got these boots to wear around the barn and they are amazing! Not too heavy so they don't make your feet tired, I imagine they would even be nice to hike in. Like other Uggs, I find that they fit a little large, especially once the fleece flattens down- so for the first few wears they might seem tight but they "break in" very fast. I am usually a 7.5 and I am comfortable with a 7.

Love these boots!
After trying several other winter boots, I decided to dive in and try these...and I am not disappointed! They are SO soft inside, warm, pretty, waterproof- they should stand up to our MN winters well! I hope they last for quite a few seasons...great boot!

Another fine Ugg product
The boot is warm as I expected, but what I ddin't expect was a lining that chaffed my lower calf. The solution was to wear footless tights to protect my leg and ankle. Rather annoying but I love Ugg products for their warmth and I needed a snow boot so overall I'm fine with it.
