Perfect coat for traveling
I'm 5'3" 115lb and ordered a size small, but the shoulder and arm are just too loose and long. I think an XS will be perfect. With that said, I'm a fan of north face dawn jackets, because not only are they warm, light weight, easy to carry in your bag, machine washable but most of all~ stylish. The only down side is that after few wears the feathers will start to poke out, and it's hard to push...

As advertised but pricey
The coat is well made and fits well. It's just that it doesn't have enough room in the shoulders to wear a blazer under it. The next size up is too big all over. The cut of the coat is rather straight up and down so if you are a bit curvy it could be a challenge in the hip area. In general this brand tends to be more close fitting than others so if you are in between the sizes on the chart,...

Very Warm
It's only September, but I was so excited to wear this coat that I brought it out for a few cold mornings. It has been great so far; super comfortable and light weight. I can tell already that I'll be warm even when the temperature drops below freezing.

A slimming down coat?
This North Face coat is very warm, and is roomy without being bulky. I'm a size large, and can easily look fat in a down coat. This almost had a slimming effect on me. I may give up my dress coats and use this all the time!
